mccarthy: A lisp in memory of John McCarthy

A long time ago I asked John McCarthy a question about a presentation in 2005. It was a great experience being able to ask a question to one of the greatest computer scientists and getting a serious answer. I was very young at the time (still in high school). I always remembered how much fun lisp gave me.

This is not a language that morbidly celebrates mccarthy's death. This is inspired by his talk at ILC 2005. This is a lisp that combines his ideas of a future lisp and the elephant language and adds modern homological algebra to aide in its implementation.

So, to start off with I have the following goals.

• The system will be a computable topos
• It will have all of the lisp style syntax
• It will have as its datatypes basically the idea of "heavy duty set theory". I have rephrased this as a "heavy duty topos"
• The first version will do the following program transformation
